Step One: Reconnaissance

The first step involves getting to know you. We’re a progressive company that invests heavily in our employees. We strive to partner with like-minded clients. During a preliminary telephone conversation, we assess your business practices and values to determine compatibility.

An initial meeting at your office provides a foundation for discovery. Our consultants procure information on your business model and staffing requirements. We introduce our recruitment strategy and make recommendations on attracting suitable candidates.

Before the search process begins, we study your market and competitors to ensure a solid understanding of your business.

A realistic timeline is created containing next steps for first-stage interviews. Expectations are tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

Step Two: Search

We begin the search by screening talent based on your requirements, simultaneously promoting the position and your company while ensuring the candidate’s confidentiality. References are relied upon heavily.

A profile is created for each qualified applicant summarizing their strengths and weaknesses, current and past experience, and salary expectations. If requested, behavioral profiling can be conducted to validate expectations.

Step Three: Select

Contenders are initially introduced to you through their profile and CV. The candidates we recommend for an interview are exceptional and have been chosen based on their congruency with you.

Once an interview has been conducted, we will debrief with both parties to ensure expectations are being met. If an offer is made, we will control the negotiation process to minimize the risk of non-acceptance or counter offers.

Future meetings or assignments are sometimes recommended to facilitate talent acquisition.
