Permanent Search Group’s core strength is our people, more specifically, the symbiotic relationship of our founding partners, Lisa Price and Lorrie Clark. Their partnership is an embodiment of the right fit. After over 20 years as colleagues Lisa and Lorrie continue to lead the company as a synergistic unit, embracing the servant leadership philosophy.

The two attribute their employees’ enthusiasm and dedication to the progressive work environment they’ve strived to create. Firm believers in employee autonomy, Lisa and Lorrie encourage independent thinking and initiative, but are always accessible to share their expertise. Hard work and commitment is recognized, rewarded and valued. Employees are encouraged to maintain balanced lives.

Lisa and Lorrie adhere to the philosophy that "the team that plays together, stays together." External team-building activities are often organized to help sustain the team’s cohesion. Past excursions have included gourmet cooking classes with renowned chefs, an interactive workshop with Second City and a 30K bike tour through the Niagara Region of Canada led by Steve Bauer, Canadian Tour de France champion.
